DELIVERY SERVICE
All online shopping orders are delivered to your doorstep via courier companies. If you want to pick up your order at a specialty store, customers can purchase 2N2 products directly at any Hong Kong partner store.
Hong Kong local orders
Courier company and freight: All online orders in our store will be delivered via "SF Express". The delivery fee for all Hong Kong areas is HKD 25, and the shipping fee must be paid by the customer when placing the order. Shipping costs only include one delivery fee.
Free delivery service - Purchases of HK$250 or more after discounts are entitled to one free delivery service . Free shipping only covers one delivery.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient cannot be found, a second delivery must be arranged, and the second delivery fee must be paid by the customer (HKD 25 ). Under normal circumstances, our store will not refund the shipping costs incurred due to returns . For details, please visit the " Return and Exchange Terms ".
Order processing time : Your order will be processed within 2-4 working days after payment, because some products need to be mobilized from the store before shipment, and then distributed through "SF Express". If the customer makes changes after placing the order, or there is a problem when confirming payment, there is a chance that the order processing time will be extended.
Changes and cancellations of orders: After payment is confirmed, our company will immediately start processing your order. If the goods have been sent, customers can only go through the return procedure for refund or exchange.
Shipping address : Please ensure that the shipping address and consignee name you provide are correct. If you choose SF Express self-pickup service, You must fill in the mobile phone number and the number and address of the "SF Express station or smart locker" . Estimated delivery time : The delivery time of the courier company is 1-3 working days. Courier companies usually deliver goods from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Delivery time may be delayed due to actual conditions.
Receipt procedure: When the product is delivered to the customer, the recipient must sign to confirm receipt. If there is no one to collect the product when it arrives, the courier company will contact you to make other arrangements for collection. If necessary, customers can also contact our company to request online tracking of emails. If the package is not signed for by the buyer himself or the recipient listed in the order, our store will not be responsible for any losses incurred during the shipping process.
Macau order
Freight and free delivery service: Orders in Macau will be delivered by "SF Express", and the delivery fee will be HKD 40. Purchases of HK$400 or more after discounts are entitled to free delivery once. Free shipping only covers the cost of one delivery.
Delivery matters in other Macau areas are the same as those in Hong Kong.
Taiwan order
Shipping fee and free delivery service: Orders in Taiwan will be delivered by "SF Express", and the delivery fee will be HKD 60. Purchases of HK$1,000 or more after discounts are entitled to free shipping once. Free shipping only covers the cost of one delivery.
Delivery matters in other Taiwan areas are the same as those in Hong Kong.
