What payment methods does 2N2 online store support?
The online store currently accepts payment methods such as Visa , Mastercard , American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed through Shopify Pay's security detection system to ensure safety!

What currencies does the online store accept?
The online store currently only accepts payment in Hong Kong dollars, and all product prices are also based on Hong Kong dollars.

Can I pick up the goods at an offline store?
All products purchased through this online store are available for door-to-door delivery. If customers want to pick up the goods in the store, they can go directly to the cooperative department stores to purchase.

Is there free shipping?
Hong Kong local orders can enjoy free delivery service as long as they spend over HK$300 after discount. Free shipping includes one delivery only.

♡ Wash and care ♡

How should you clean your underwear to take good care of it?
We recommend that you wash your bra products by hand as much as possible, because underwear products generally only hide dandruff and sweat, so there is no need to twist hard when washing by hand, just gently rub the surface of the bra.

If you use a machine to wash your underwear, you must first put your underwear into a laundry bag designed for underwear to ensure that the underwear will not be snagged or deformed when the washing machine rotates. We would recommend washing in cold water, using fast wash or wool mode, and setting the washing machine speed below 1,000 rpm. Do not use softener when washing to maintain the elasticity of the underwear fabric.

2N2 underwear products cannot be placed in a clothes dryer, and they should avoid exposure to the hot sun, as heat will cause the underwear fabric to lose its original elasticity and shape.
